Breaking News: Rivers State releases 22 ExxonMobil workers

The Rivers State Government has released the 22 workers of Exxon Mobil, who were arrested for allegedly violating the State Executive Order restricting movement in the state.

According to the Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice, Rivers State, Professor Zaccheus Adangor, the ExxonMobil staff were released without charges.

Adangor is quoted as saying that the state government would no longer press charges against them.

Recall that the State Governor, Nyesom Wike, last week, announced the arrest of the workers who allegedly entered the state in violation of the State Executive Order.
